Sixth Class team up with Multyfarnham Tidy Towns!
24th Jun 2025
Our Sixth Class extracurricular activity for the summer term involved working on a tidy towns project. The boys and girls worked collaboratively with members of the local community and the Multyfarnham tidy towns group on a number of activities. These included building a ‘dead hedge’, rock painting and making scarecrows. They also carried out a study of the village drainage system and the water quality of the local River Gaine. Finally they managed to fit in some time to learn more about the history of Multyfarnham. Thank you to everyone in the local community who supported the school with this very interesting project.
