June in Junior Infants

23rd Jun 2026

As we come to the end of our Junior Infants journey, it is hard to believe how much the children have grown and achieved since those first days of school. They arrived with little school bags, big smiles, and perhaps a few nervous butterflies, and over the past year they have blossomed into confident, capable and independent learners.

Throughout the year, the children have embraced every challenge with enthusiasm, curiosity and determination. They have learned to read, write, count, create, question, explore and most importantly, to believe in themselves. Along the way they have formed friendships, shown kindness and resilience, and filled our classroom with laughter, energy and joy.

We are incredibly proud of each and every child for the progress they have made, not only academically but socially and emotionally too. They have grown in confidence, developed new skills and created memories that will stay with them for years to come.

Thank you to our wonderful families for your support, encouragement and partnership throughout the year. It has been a privilege to watch these amazing children grow and flourish.

As our Junior Infants prepare to take their next big step into Senior Infants, we wish them every happiness and success. They should be very proud of all they have achieved. We certainly are.

Have a wonderful summer everyone! ☀️📚❤️
